Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days after receiving the returned item and approval.

A 15% restocking fee will apply to all eligible returns that are not due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part. This fee covers the cost of processing, repackaging, and restocking returned items.

  • The restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
  • This applies to returns due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchases, or change of mind.
  • Returns that violate our policy (e.g., missing original packaging, used or damaged items) may be subject to a higher restocking fee or rejection of the return.
